- 1 (8 oz.) bag grated Cheddar cheese
- 6 to 8 eggs
- onions, green onions, peppers and mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Lightly butter a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Lay rolls in the bottom and flatten.

3Mix eggs, salt, pepper and milk to suit your taste (like an omelette); pour mixture over rolls.

4Drop meat into egg mixture and sprinkle cheese on tops.
