- 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped

- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute vegetables in oil a few minutes.

3Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

4Add milk, flour, salt and pepper.
