  • 1/2 cups Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 jar (16 Oz. Size) Salsa
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Dark Kidney Beans, Drained
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 whole Red Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Chopped
  • 1 whole Green Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 whole Avocado (flesh, Chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Jalepenos (optional)
  • 6 whole Large Swiss Chard Leaves

    Pulse walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped.

    Place chopped walnuts in a skillet and cook on medium heat until slightly browned.

    Once walnuts have browned, pour the salsa into the skillet.

    Stir in beans and spices and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

    When meat mixture is complete lay a Swiss chard leaf flat and place 1-2 tablespoons of meat in the middle of the leaf.
