- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cook onion and pepper in oil until soft, not browned. Add garlic powder and rice.

2Heat thoroughly. Beat egg with fork.

3Add to mixture with soy sauce.

4Cook, stirring, until hot and the eggs are firm. Serves 4 to 6.
