- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Chedder Cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Directions

1Beat eggs in bowl and add milk.

2Melt butter in nonstick pan on medium heat.

3Pour egg/milk combo in pan.

4Cook till bottom of omelette is light brown, then flip.

5Cook till bottom is ALMOST browned, add cheese, fold.

6Add cheese on top and enjoy :)
