  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 envelope Lipton beefy onion soup mix
  • 1 jar beef gravy
  • 1 small can baby peas
  • 1 pkg. Bob Evans mashed potatoes
  • 2 T. butter

Directions

    Brown ground beef in skillet; drain well. Stir beefy onion soup mix and gravy into cooked ground beef. Stir in peas. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon mixture into baking dish and top with mashed potatoes. Dot potatoes with small pieces of butter. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, until heated through and potatoes start to brown slightly.
