- 2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon jello
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Directions

1Dissolve jello in hot water.

2Add marshmallows and heat until dissolved.

3Add softened cream cheese and heat well.

4Cool slightly.

5Fold in grated carrots, pineapple, nuts and Cool Whip and chill.
