  • 2 c. plain unflavored yogurt
  • 2 c. skim milk cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • vegetables (raw cauliflowerets, carrot, celery sticks, diced green peppers, broccoli or radishes)

    In a medium bowl, blend yogurt and cottage cheese.

    Sprinkle in all spices.

    Cover with plastic wrap. Chill until serving time.
