- 2 c. plain unflavored yogurt
- 2 c. skim milk cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- salt to taste
- vegetables (raw cauliflowerets, carrot, celery sticks, diced green peppers, broccoli or radishes)
Directions

1In a medium bowl, blend yogurt and cottage cheese.
