- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp or more Vinegar
- 1 Boiling water

1Check to see whether the eggs have any cracks.

2Boil water in a pot.

3If the eggs leak, quickly add some vinegar to stiffen the egg whites.

4(Adjust the amount to the size of your pot.)

5To prevent cracking, use a ladle or similar implement to gently immerse each egg into the boiling water.

6Boil to your desired degree of hardness.

7Transfer to chilled water and allow to cool to the center.

8Once cool, remove the shell by peeling off the membrane.

9Even with half-boiled eggs, the shell comes right off.

10If you first put the eggs in the pot, then pour boiling water over them from an electric water kettle or other source, then this will shorten the time it takes to boil the eggs.
