  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Drain whole kernel corn.

    Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.

    Bake at 350° for about 50 to 60 minutes, until top is golden brown and inserted knife comes out clean.

    If desired, sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese on top the last 15 minutes of baking.
