Super Simple Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Baking Mix (Bisquick- Jiffy Ect)
  • 2 cups Milk (I Use Skimmed)
  • 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar ( Can Substitute Splenda)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter Or Margarine, Melted
  • 2 cups Fruit-fresh Or Canned (unsweetened)

Directions

    Mix the sugar, baking mix, and milk in a bowl. Mixture will be lumpy, don't worry.

    Pour butter in a 10 x 12 oblong glass baking dish, ( you can also use a metal baking pan but I think glass works better) swirl to coat bottom.

    Pour baking mixture on top. (Do not stir)

    Distribute fruit on top of mix. (Do not stir)

    Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
