Super Simple Fruit Cobbler

- 2 cups Baking Mix (Bisquick- Jiffy Ect)
- 2 cups Milk (I Use Skimmed)
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar ( Can Substitute Splenda)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter Or Margarine, Melted
- 2 cups Fruit-fresh Or Canned (unsweetened)
Directions

1Mix the sugar, baking mix, and milk in a bowl. Mixture will be lumpy, don't worry.

2Pour butter in a 10 x 12 oblong glass baking dish, ( you can also use a metal baking pan but I think glass works better) swirl to coat bottom.

3Pour baking mixture on top. (Do not stir)

4Distribute fruit on top of mix. (Do not stir)

5Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
