Super Simple Tuna Cakes

- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (or according to taste. I use Tony Cachere's)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or according to taste)
- 13 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 (5 ounce) can solid white tuna (drained)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions

1In a bowl, mix together tuna, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, bread crumbs and mayo together.

2If you feel it is too wet add more bread crumbs.

3I you feel it is too dry add more mayo.

4Add oil to skillet and heat on medium high heat.

5Grab mixture and form into patties about 1/2 inch thick.

6Place them in hot skillet and cook for about 5-7 min on each side depending on how big you made them.

7Once browned and cooked through serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
