  • 12 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 lbs halibut or 2 lbs salmon fillets
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 13 cup butter
  • 12 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Directions

    Mix flour with salt, paprika, and pepper.

    Coat the fish.

    In skillet, saute the onion in butter for 2 minutes.

    Remove onions and set aside.

    Add fish to skillet; cook on med for 5 minutes each side.

    Remove to a serving platter.

    Add sour cream, basil, and the onions to skillet, heat through.

    Serve over the fish.

    Garnish with parsley.
