- 2 (6 ounce) packagesfresh Baby Spinach
- 14 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 34 cup whipping cream
- 12 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese

1Rinse spinach; drain.

2In a big skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

3Add spinach to skillet; cook just until wilted.

4In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
