  • 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 cups soymilk or 2 cups soy milk and almond milk
  • 13 cup oil (melted) or 13 cup margarine (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 13 cup flax seed (ground)

    combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.

    combine milk, vanilla, & ground flax seed in microwaveable container.

    microwave on high for 1 minute.

    blend wet ingredients & oil.

    fold-in wet ingredients & dry ingredients.

    cook on waffle iron.
