- 2 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. corn meal
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2/3 c. melted margarine
- 1 2/3 c. milk
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; stir to blend.

2Combine eggs, melted margarine and milk.

3Pour over dry ingredients.

4Stir until all dry ingredients are moist.

5Pour and scrape into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

6Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
