- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour (plain)
- oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. green onions (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Brown ground beef in skillet; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, green pepper, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, the pepper and parsley flakes.

3Heat to boiling, boil and stir 1 minute.

4Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top.
