Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion

Directions

    Heat oven to 425°.

    Cook and stir ground beef in a 10-inch skillet until brown; drain.

    Stir in tomato sauce, green pepper, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.

    Heat to boiling. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

    Pour into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.
