- 6 breasts of chicken, skinned and boned
- 6 thin slices ham
- 6 thin slices Swiss cheese
- 1 envelope Shake 'n Bake
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Pound chicken flat.

2Place ham and cheese on each.

3Roll and coat with Shake 'n Bake.

4Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, covered. Remove from refrigerator 15 to 30 minutes before baking in 375° oven.

5Place in shallow dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, bake 30 minutes.

6Prepare sauce of egg yolk, soup, sour cream and mayonnaise.

7Mix well and spoon over chicken. Bake an additional 15 minutes.

8Serves 3 to 6.
