- 4 T-bone steaks (1-inch thick)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. coarse pepper
- 4 frozen lobster tails (4 oz. each)
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Slash fat every 2 inches on edges of steak.

2Place on broiler pan or grill about 2 inches from heat.

3Cook 5 minutes each side for rare, 6 minutes each for medium or 7 minutes each for well done.

4Season with salt and pepper after cooking.

5Drop lobster into pot of boiling water.

6Bring water back to boiling.

7Reduce heat to simmer.

8Cook tails completely.
