  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix (use dry)
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or oleo

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
