Surprise monkey bread!

Directions

   Preheat oven to 350.

   Grease your bundt pan so nothing sticks.

   In a small bowl combine granulated sugar and cinnamon.

   Set aside.

   In a med size pot combine Brown sugar, butter and vanilla, melt slowly over low heat.

   Set aside once everything is melted and all mixed.

   Spread about 1/2 cup or so of your chopped nuts into your pan.

   Press your dough out into round circles using just your fingers.

   Sprinkle 1/2 tea.

    cinnamon sugar mixture on top of each circle and top with a piece of the cream cheese.

    Wrap up tightly.

    Add each dough ball onto the nuts.

    After you get about half way sprinkle some of your cinnamon sugar mix on top of the balls and pour half of the Brown sugar mix on that plus sprinkle some more nuts if ya like.

    Continue this process with the other layer of dough balls filled with the cream cheese.

    sprinkle any remaining nuts on top.

    Bake for about 25-30 min.

    Watching carefully that it doesn't burn.

    Once done take out and let rest for about 5 min then flip over onto serving dish.
