  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Rice vinegar

Directions

    Combine the rice and the water in large sauce pan and cook for 15 minutes, covered.

    Turn fire off, uncover, and dry off excess water.

    Combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt and cook in microwave for 1 min.

    Mix vinegar mixture with the cooked rice.
