- 1 cup White Rice
- 2 cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- Sliced Avocado
- Julienned Carrots
- Salmon Or Other Protein
- Seaweed Snacks
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Pickled Ginger
- Soy Sauce
- Sriracha Mayo
- Wasabi
Directions

1For the rice: Place rice in a fine-mesh sieve and rinse well under cold water.

2Place water and rinsed rice in a pot and set over high heat.

3When water comes to a simmer, cover, turn heat down to low, and cook until rice is tender, about 1520 minutes.

4Remove from heat.

5In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, and salt until sugar is dissolved.

6Pour over cooked rice and gently stir.

7To assemble the bowls: While rice is cooking, prep your toppings.

8Put some of the rice in a bowl.

9Add desired toppings.

10Enjoy immediately.
