  • 3 medium size sweet potatoes - light skin, peeled and sliced; 1/2 inch thick
  • 2-3 Rome or Braeburn apples, core and sliced fairly thin, but not peeled
  • 1 C. or so dark brown sugar
  • 1 bag (Kraft) small marshmallows
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • Kosher salt

Cook on medium heat until apples are transparent.
