- 1/2 pound unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup skinless roasted peanuts

8Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375 F. Place the baking sheets in the oven and reduce the temperature to 325.

9Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden.
