Swedish Cabbage Rolls

- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. cooked rice
- 6 large cabbage leaves
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In a bowl, combine egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion and milk; mix well.

2Add ground beef and cooked rice; beat together with fork.

3Immerse cabbage leaves in boiling water for 3 minutes or until limp; drain.

4Place 1/2 cup meat mixture on each leaf; fold sides and roll ends over meat.

5Place rolls in 12 x 7 1/2 x 1-inch baking dish.

6Blend together soup, brown sugar and lemon juice; pour over cabbage rolls.

7Bake in 350° oven for 1 1/4 hours.

8Baste once or twice with sauce.
