  • 2 1/3 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • sweetened fresh fruit or berries

Directions

    Mix together the cream, sugar and gelatin.

    Heat gently and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

    Cool until slightly thickened.

    Fold in sour cream and vanilla.

    Chill in refrigerator until firm.

    Spoon into serving dishes and top with sweetened fruit or berries.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
