- 2 1/3 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- sweetened fresh fruit or berries
Directions

1Mix together the cream, sugar and gelatin.

2Heat gently and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

3Cool until slightly thickened.

4Fold in sour cream and vanilla.

5Chill in refrigerator until firm.

6Spoon into serving dishes and top with sweetened fruit or berries.

7Makes 6 to 8 servings.
