- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. beef broth
Directions

1Combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, onions, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

2Form into 3/4-inch balls, using little pressure. Place on cookie sheets; bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.

3Before serving, place meat balls in heated beef broth.

4Yields approximately 90 to 100 meat balls.
