- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2/3 c. onion, minced
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. sour cream
Directions

1Mix the beef, pork, onion, crumbs, parsley, seasoning, egg and milk.

2Shape into walnut size balls. Brown in hot oil.

3Remove from pan and keep warm. Stir flour, paprika, salt and pepper into fat.

4Add water, stirring constantly until thickened.

5Stir in sour cream until well blended.

6Return meatballs to sauce and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
