  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 2/3 c. onion, minced
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix the beef, pork, onion, crumbs, parsley, seasoning, egg and milk.

    Shape into walnut size balls. Brown in hot oil.

    Remove from pan and keep warm. Stir flour, paprika, salt and pepper into fat.

    Add water, stirring constantly until thickened.

    Stir in sour cream until well blended.

    Return meatballs to sauce and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
