  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. pecan halves
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar, salt, cinnamon and nuts.

    Mix well.

    Melt margarine in pan, then spread nut mixture in margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Stir every 10 minutes.

    Cool and serve.
