- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Directions

1Toast nuts at 325° for 10 minutes.

2Add sugar to beaten egg whites.

3Fold nuts into egg white mixture.

4Melt butter in pan and spread nut mixture over butter.

5Bake for 30 minutes at 325°. Stir often.
