  • 3 eggs
  • 2 to 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour (adjust to desired thickness of pancakes)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cube butter or margarine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients with mixer.

    Preheat preferably 2 frying pans with dash of margarine in each.
  3. 3
    Have plenty of ventilation as it may get smoky.

    Pour batter in frying pan and tilt pan until you obtain a thin layer covering.

    Cook quickly at medium temperature. Store in warm pan in oven until all done.

    Serve with your choice of toppings.
