- 1 qt. milk (tepid)
- 1 tablet rennet
- 1/4 c. water
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Dissolve rennet tablet in water.

2Warm milk to tepid.

3Mix eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla together.

4Pour warm milk into 2 to 3-quart casserole dish.

5Add egg mixture and stir to mix.

6Add dissolved rennet and stir.

7Let stand a couple of minutes to set. Bake at 450° until pudding raises up, about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.

8Cool.

9Serve with fruit or whipped cream.
