- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. shortening

1Combine milk, sugar and salt;

3Beat in molasses, shortening and yeast mixture with 1 cup rye flour.
