  • 2 1/4 c. ground, unblanched hazelnuts
  • 2 (4.5 gram) pkg. instant beef broth
  • 2 scallions, washed and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 5 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
