- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. soft margarine
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. ground almonds
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2In a large bowl, beat 1/2 cup powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla until light and fluffy.

3Mix together flour, almonds and salt until dough holds together.

4Shape into 1-inch balls.

5Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes or until set but not brown.

6Immediately remove from cookie sheets.

7Cool slightly. Roll in powdered sugar.

8Makes 5 dozen cookies.
