The Mushroom Burger

Ingredients
- 2 cup Minced beef
- 3 tsp Onion powder
- 1 bunch Fresh mushrooms
- 1 Burger buns
- 1 Ketchup
- 1 Heinz Garlic mayonnaise
- 1 Heinz chilli mayonnaise
- 1 Mustard
- 1 Cream cheese
Directions

1First prepare your burger buns rub them with melted butter and cook in a pan until brown and crisp.

2Put aside.

3Add salt ,pepper and onion powder to minced beef and mix well and then form into burger size and place them in a plate and freeze for 10 minutes so they can hold shape.

4Prepare your sauce , add all sauce ingredients together.

5Cook burgers until done well.

6Place cheese slices on burgers when they are almost done and place in buns.

7In the same pan, add abit of olive oil, add mushrooms, and a touch of salt and pepper.

8Cook for 5-10 minutes.

9Add your sauce ,lettuce and tomatoes to burger buns.

10And then add mushrooms

11Serve with fries and a side of coleslaw!
