  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • chopped nuts
  • coconut

Directions

    Grease aluminum pie tin, 9-inch, and sugar it.

    Mix and pour into tin.

    Sprinkle chopped nuts and/or coconut on top and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Lightly sprinkle powdered sugar over top when slightly cool.

    (Recipe can be doubled and put in pan and cut as for squares.)
