  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 5 Tbsp. peanut, vegetable or corn oil

Directions

    Cut cabbage or greens into approximately 1 1/2-inch squares. Combine water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and cornstarch and blend well.
