- 2 c. prepared baking mix (Bisquick)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2/3 c. whipping cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Mix ingredients until dough forms (may appear dry).

3Turn dough out onto a bread board dusted with baking mix and gently roll the dough in baking mix to coat.

4Knead dough 10 times.

5Roll 1/2-inch thick.

6Cut with 2-inch cutter dipped in baking mix.

7Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.

8Makes 12 biscuits.
