  • 1/2 cup maple syrup, divided
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 3/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
  • 12 Nilla Vanilla Wafers, lightly crushed (about 1/2 cup)

    of syrup in small microwaveable bowl.

    Microwave on HIGH 2 min.

    or until thickened, stirring every 30 sec.

    Spread onto large piece of waxed paper or foil; cool completely.

    Meanwhile, pour milk into medium bowl.

    Add dry pudding mix.

    Beat with wire whisk 2 min.

    or until mixture is well blended and starts to thicken.

    Add 1/4 cup of the remaining syrup; mix well.

    Gently stir in 1/2 cup of the whipped topping.
