   Mix egg whites, cream of tartar and salt; beat until stiff. Gradually add sugar.

   On wax paper, make 3 circles, 8 inches in diameter, with the egg whites.

   Place these on a greased cookie sheet(s).

   Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 250°.

   Melt chocolate chips.

   Spread thinly over egg white mixture.

   Add 3/4 inch whipped cream on each circle.

   Add strawberries on top. Refrigerate.
