- 8 ounces pecan halves
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350. Spread pecans on rimmed baking sheet and toast until fragrant, about 10 minutes.

2Whisk sugar, salt cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in a large bowl and set aside.

3Bring butter and maple syrup to a boil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add nuts and stir to evenly coat. Add nuts to sugar mixture and toss. Transfer to a baking sheet, spread in a singe layer and cool completely.
