  • 1 c. juice
  • 2 lb. sugar (4 c.)
  • 2 sticks cinnamon, broken small
  • garlic, cut in slices
  • 1/2 tsp. whole mustard seed
  • 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Directions
