  • 3 lbs pork roast
  • 16 ounces salsa
  • 1 (12 ounce) can Coca-Cola
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • water

Directions

    Fill crockpot with roast and water to fill 1/2 way.

    Cook on high for 5 hours.

    Discard liquid.

    Cut roast in 4 sections and trim visible fat.

    Puree salsa in blender, then add brown sugar and coke.

    Return all to crockpot and cook on high for 3 more hours.

    Shred with a fork.
