  • 3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Mix together sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, margarine, milk and vanilla. Put in baking dish. Combine brown sugar, pecans, flour and margarine. Crumble over sweet potatoes mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
