Sweet Potato Pie

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 (9-inch) pie crusts

    Peel and boil potatoes.

    Mash potatoes, mixing in all other ingredients until well blended.

    Pour into pie shells and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.

    Makes 2 pies.
