  • 4 to 6 sweet potatoes
  • 2 c. Log Cabin syrup
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine or butter

Directions

    Boil the sweet potatoes in jackets until tender.

    Peel and mash.
  3. 3
    Add all ingredients, except egg whites.

    Mix well and then fold in egg whites.

    Bake at 400° until the sides and top brown. Serve hot.
