Sweet Snowman

Directions

   Take cream cheese and let it warm to room temperature.

   Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.

   Freeze mixture for 20 minutes to firm.

   Roll mixture into one small round, one medium and one large.

   Roll each ball in coconut.

   Set on platter in shape of snowman.

   Place a mini chip on medium and large round as a bottom.

   Place two as eyes.

   Cut a tiny piece of cherry as a nose.

    Use two stems as arms.

    Serve with cookies or fruit.
